Privacy Notice
If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email, phone number if provided, and project details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, and provide follow-up related to your request.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical records, private customer data, or other highly sensitive information through the form. If sensitive access is needed for a project, a safer method can be arranged separately.
Form Handling
The contact form is processed through Formspree. By submitting the form, you understand your message is transmitted through that service so it can be delivered to the site owner for review and follow-up.
Submitting the form does not create a contract. Work starts only after both sides agree on the project scope, pricing, timeline, and next steps.
Third-Party Services

By engaging SeaBizTech for any service — including custom websites, applications, AI chatbot agents, voice agents, data tools, VoIP setup, automation, or IT support — you agree to these terms. Services begin only after both parties confirm scope, pricing, and timeline in writing.
Payments. Agreed project fees are due per the schedule outlined in your project quote. SeaBizTech reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts. Refunds are not issued for completed work or work already in progress unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI & Messaging Services. If your project includes AI-powered chat, voice agents, or SMS messaging, you agree to use those services only for lawful business communication. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your customers before contacting them via SMS or automated voice. Message and data rates may apply to end users. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP at any time.
Intellectual Property. Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables built specifically for your project. SeaBizTech retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methods developed during the project in future work.
Limitation of Liability. SeaBizTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any deliverable or third-party service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Washington State.
